The restaurant and bar staff were most attentive and professional. The Hotel clearly hit its spot of being an adjunct to the show industry.

Great location for a Christmas stay close to the main shopping street and attractions. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and had a lot of choices. The staff were lovely and always willing to help. Room sizes were decent and comfortable for a family of four.
The rooms were a bit dated and could do with some modernizing. The heating in the room was a bit erratic and difficult to control.

Nothing, really. Two separate elevators need to be taken just in order to get to the room...and that's just the begining.
Uncomfortable and very old-fashioned room, broken shower, non-free parking (no other choice), expensive internet (8 Euro an hour) and all at a price of 99 Euro for a single room, not so clean??? No thanks - one of the worst value-for-money experiences I had.

Kurt, the bartender, was Wonderful! He remembered what we drank, and made us feel right at home. The staff was excellent, the service, the food, everything was wonderful. Thank you!!The hotel might be a bit on the older side but everyone and everything was so wonderful it made our 5 day stay for a business conference a pleasure!!
